Everton and West Bromwich Albion will face-off in a clash of clubs presently sitting at opposite ends of the Premier League table. The Baggies are on the brink of relegation making while Everton are battling for a place in Europe.
Everton played to a draw away from home in week 26 of the Premiership as they drew 0-0 to Newcastle United at Goodison Park. With the point the side managed by David Moyes are in 6th place of the league table with 41 points, 4 points behind 5th place Arsenal. Everton are set to miss a good number of players including the influential Mikel Arteta of Spain, Anichebe, Nuno Valente, Yakubu and Vaughan.
The Baggies suffered yet another loss on the road last week when they dropped the 3 points by a score of 2-0 away to Fulham at Craven Cottage. That loss leaves the side managed by Tony Mowbray in last place of the league table with 22 points. West Bromwich are 1 point behind 19th place Middlesbrough and 3 behind 17th place Stoke City.
